What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions
  • Work on end-to-end IRM implementations, including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules
  • Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and production support activities
  • Handle technical triage independently, identify root causes, and resolve issues effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to gather and analyse requirements
