About the role
We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Portal Engineer to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow portals and user experiences. The candidate will work closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive portal solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow portals based on business and UX requirements
- Develop and customize Service Portal pages, widgets, themes, layouts, menus, and branding
- Build reusable and scalable custom Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AngularJS
- Translate business requirements and UX designs into responsive and user-friendly ServiceNow portal experiences
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and other ServiceNow integration capabilities
What you need
- 7–10 yrs of experience
