About the role

The ServiceNow Senior Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering scalable, secure, and best-practice ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role serves as the design authority for the platform and ensures long-term platform health, upgrade readiness, and alignment with business goals.

What you'll do

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture aligned with enterprise standards
• Act as design authority for platform customizations, integrations, and enhancements
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, licensing, and upgrade-safe design
• Own and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap
• Establish and enforce development, integration, UI, and data standards
