About the role

Services Specialist, Talent Processes and Business Support As a Talent Business Solutions Analyst, you are responsible for providing support towards stabilizing the newly transitioned HRIS and further its seamless adoption across the Business. This individual will help the Talent Business Advisory Team in managing the Operations part of the delivery of Talent services.

What you'll do

• Processing employee data transactions, corrections, and mass updates in human resources systems and ticketing platforms
• Conducting data audits, validations, and reconciliations to maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance
• Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, process documents, and job aids for operational activities
• Preparing routine and ad hoc reports related to headcount, attrition, performance management, and other workforce metrics
• Supporting cross-functional issue resolution, system testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, data migrations, and administrative requests across the employee lifecycle
