About the role

The Coordination team is an integral part of the Business Recruiting team within the Talent Acquisition organization. The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insights into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment services.

What you'll do

• As a Services Support Associate II, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Coordination team
• Partner with assigned US-based recruiting teams to support recruiting activities from candidate engagement through onboarding
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews, assessments, on-site interviews, candidate travel, transportation, and recruiting events
• Maintain accurate candidate information, workflow status, interview records
• Support pre-hire compliance checks, onboarding activities, offer-process coordination, sign-on bonus requests, candidate expenses, reimbursements
