About the role

10-15 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, product engineering, or innovation-led roles. Proven experience leading Salesforce transformations with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Demonstrated success building products, platforms, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead AI and Salesforce transformation at scale
• Build products from rich customer data
• Own and lead the Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Drive AI, automation, and innovation initiatives that improve business performance and customer outcomes
• Develop use cases leveraging large-scale customer interaction data, including conversation intelligence, lead scoring, sales coaching, and workflow automation
