What you'll do

• Prepare daily production planning schedule
• Prepare a list of melted raw materials and assign it to the operator to place in the hot box in advance
• Verify raw material shortfalls with the concerned department and raise a request for issuance to compounding
• Update daily check list and maintain records
• Update material location and maintain the integrity of WIP -Raw material stock

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Production planning
• SAP
• GMP
• Food safety
• B.Tech or B.E.
