Site Acquisition Manager - Arctic Engine

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Site Acquisition Manager to identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable sites in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with property owners and key stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Identify and acquire suitable sites based on business and operational requirements
• Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, brokers, and local stakeholders
• Conduct market research and assess site feasibility, location potential, and commercial viability
• Negotiate rental terms, commercial agreements, and other financial aspects of site acquisition
• Evaluate site-level financials to ensure alignment with business objectives
