What you'll do

• Drive sales targets and revenue generation for the project
• Lead and manage the on-site sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity
• Handle enquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures with HNI/UHNI clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize inventory absorption
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks
