About the role

As a Relationship Officer – Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) within the bank’s Priority Banking segment. This role focuses on deepening customer relationships, enhancing engagement, and driving cross-sell opportunities across the bank’s product suite.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) within the bank’s Priority Banking segment
• Be expected to source new customers through lead generation models and field support, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and adherence to bank policies
• Generate new customer leads through structured lead generation models and external field support
• Ensure high levels of customer service and strict adherence to bank policies and compliance norms
• Educate clients on new products and enhancements to strengthen the banking relationship
