About the role

The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and effective resolution of escalated incidents within the Support & Operations domain. This position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction while leveraging advanced expertise in Postgre Administration and PostgreMS SQL to drive operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets and incidents by utilizing Postgre Administration and PostgreMS SQL skills to adhere to agreed SLAs
• Mentor team members and administrators by providing guidance on PostgreSQL best practices, preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Validate Change Order Implementation Plans and assess Human Error Compliance while participating in capacity planning to optimize resource utilization and operational…
• Actively engage in customer meetings to understand issues faced by clients
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis using PostgreSQL to validate findings and prepare detailed reports for presentation to key business stakeholders
