About the role

As a Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Your expertise in Oracle Administration and PostgreSQL will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents By Performing In-Depth Analyses Using Oracle Administration And Postgresql Tools
• Mentor Team Members And Create Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) That Document Processes And Best Practices In Oracle And Postgresql Administration
• Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance, Utilizing Postgresql And Oracle Administration
