About the role

As part of this continued growth, we are currently seeking two SMT Technical Support Engineers - Solder, based in NCR and South India. Reporting to the Managing Director of PAI-AIM Solder (India), the incumbent will be responsible for supporting and promoting soldering products across various manufacturing processes, such as SMT, wave, and selective soldering lines.

What you'll do

  • Managing and optimizing solder paste printing processes, including stencil design and screen printer setup
  • Monitoring and maintaining reflow profile parameters to ensure optimal soldering quality
  • Troubleshooting and resolving printing-stage issues, including solder paste deposit, stencil alignment, and print quality
  • Overseeing wave soldering processes and implementing improvements to reduce defects
  • Implementing and utilizing quality tools to identify process issues and maintain production standards

What you need

  • 4–5 yrs of experience

  • B.Tech or B.E.
