This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, auditing client social presences, designing the channel strategies that follow, and setting the governance — scope, tone, culture — a client’s social operation runs on.

What you'll do

• Run presence audits for incoming client engagements — every channel, every metric, every inconsistency between how a brand talks and how its audience hears
• Design social media strategies that align with actual business goals — brand awareness, impressions, and the conversion outcomes beneath them
• Conduct audience and buyer-persona research that tells the client who they are actually talking to, not who they believe they are
• Use: Social listening and audit suites, Native platform analytics across the major networks, Audience-research tooling
