Soft Services Executive

About the role

The Soft Services Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing all soft service operations within the facility, ensuring a safe, hygienic, efficient, and employee-centric workplace environment. The role includes end-to-end management of housekeeping, pantry and cafeteria services, pest control, indoor plants, hospitality services, employee events, hotel bookings, vendor management, and workplace experience initiatives.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end soft service operations for the workplace
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace appearance across all areas
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and service quality reviews
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with SLAs
• Address employee service requests and facility-related complaints promptly and professionally
