Software Craftsperson/ROR - I/II

About the role

As a Software Craftsperson I, you will have 2+ years or experience and will work on well-defined tasks as part of a team, building strong software engineering fundamentals and gradually increasing your independence. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, ask questions, seek feedback, and learn the team’s ways of working.

What you'll do

• Deliver well-defined tasks on time, with increasing independence and support from experienced engineers when needed
• Write clear, reliable, and maintainable code by following established team patterns and practices
• Build strong fundamentals in testing, debugging, tooling, and documentation
• Ask questions, understand the “why” behind tasks, and connect your work to customer value
• Communicate clearly about progress, blockers, and challenges; raise problems along with possible solutions
