Software Development Manager

About the role

Your main job is keeping fixes flowing from associates' complaints to production. You start your day with the month's intake list alongside your program manager and a product leader: which problems made the cut and what each will take. Then a design review for a fix in another team's component, checking it follows their patterns, then a 1:1.
