About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Solution Consultant to lead the design and development of business and technology solutions. The role involves working closely with account teams, delivery teams, service lines, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective solutions.

What you'll do

• Understand client business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with account, delivery, service line, and technology teams to develop integrated solutions
• Lead solution strategy and architecture discussions to define the appropriate solution approach
• Drive solution design and contribute to proposals, presentations, and client discussions
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives
