About the role
The role serves as the single package-level coordination and integration point for progress, risk, quality, health and safety, commissioning, testing, and HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) readiness activities.
What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day PMC activities across solar construction clusters and project work fronts
- Manage deployment priorities and resource allocation for PMC discipline engineers and cluster construction managers
- Monitor EPC contractor performance against approved schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations
- Support achievement of project milestones and Commercial Operation Date (COD) targets
- Progress Monitoring & Performance Management
