About the role

We are seeking a technically adept, client-facing Customer Engagement Manager to serve as the primary strategic interface between our internal design, construction, and operations teams and our hyperscale / enterprise AI clients. You will lead the end-to-end customer journey—from technical deal structuring and site design customization through core & shell build tracking, liquid cooling layout sign-offs, and final data hall handover.

What you'll do

Technical Client Onboarding & Design Alignment
Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Co-author and refine technical SLAs, Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) guarantees
Project Buildout & Delivery Governance
Audit & Inspection Facilitation: Organize and lead client technical teams through factory acceptance testing (FAT), field site walk-throughs
Relationship Management & Retention
