Sourcing Manager - Luxury Sales - Baner (Pune)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sourcing Manager to drive high-quality lead generation for premium and luxury real estate projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong channel partner ecosystem and deep understanding of the luxury housing segment, including HNI/UHNI clientele.

What you'll do

• Develop and expand lead generation channels including brokers, channel partners (CPs), referrals, and digital platforms
• Build, manage, and nurture a strong network of channel partners, real estate consultants, and brokers
• Generate high-quality, qualified leads within the luxury segment (HNI/UHNI clients)
• Conduct initial client interactions to understand requirements, preferences, and budget
• Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the closing team for conversion
