Spanish Customer Service-Mumbai Chennai & Bangalore

About the role

The position is open across Chennai, Mumbai, and Bangalore, with an urgent need in Bangalore—so if you’re ready to relocate or already based there, we want to talk. Work on incoming emails in Spanish and English, post invoices for approval, and assist Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record-to-Report teams in obtaining the necessary sign-offs to process invoices smoothly.

What you'll do

• Handle email-based invoice processing, coordinate approvals with Spanish-speaking clients
• Issue Resolution: Examine and resolve purchase order-related discrepancies by engaging with business stakeholders in Spanish
