About the role

The Customer Onboarding Partners and Solutions (COS) Billing Specialist will be responsible for relationships, and support of the overall responsibilities of the Sr Mgr, Mid Office.

  • Equip Sales Team with Customer Onboarding Packe
  • Initiate welcome calls to customers after first billing cycle
  • Update new customer account file to include contact name and phone number (weekly)
  • Identify and correct setup issues presented by the client
