Specialist - Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Analyst, Franchise Revenues is responsible for ongoing tasks such as accounting for franchise and license revenues and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Corporate Policy. Quarterly and annual reporting duties include assisting with preparation of schedules, and supporting audits.

What you'll do

• Validate and process invoices in line with agreements (e.g., royalty rates, franchise terms)
• Ensure timely and accurate billing to franchisees/customers
• Perform monthly AR reconciliation between sub ledger and GL
• Investigate and resolve variances in a timely manner
• Provide accounting support on any new franchise-related initiatives or transactions
