Specialist Deputy Manager - Full Stack Web Developer We are looking for an experienced front-end leader with expertise in translating UI/UX designs into production-ready code, building scalable, reusable solutions, and optimizing application performance, security, and usability. Proven ability to manage teams, resources, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring code quality, brand consistency, and delivery within scope.

What you'll do

• Lead front-end development activities, develop reusable code, scalable architecture, and production-ready UI implementation
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code while validating technical feasibility and design accuracy
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness using techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting
• Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to improve usability, brand consistency, and delivery quality
• Ensure adherence to security standards, front-end best practices, and modern development frameworks
