Specialist- People and Culture at Udhyam Learning Foundation. Partner with Shiksha leaders to understand and address HR needs aligned with program goals.

What you'll do

• Partner with Shiksha leaders to understand and address HR needs aligned with program goals
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organisational standards
• Work closely with the central HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices across the organisation
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Support organisation-wide initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent management
