What you'll do

Prepare 2Wh layout, BOM & release EC ensuring correctness of interface points of different chassis system i.e wheel & brakes, suspension, frame, plastic parts
Vehicle layout preparation in 3D with given product brief
Working out design proposal in CAD of chassis system parts as input to Hz team
Stack up analysis of interface parts to ensure desired fit & finish of parts on vehicle
Packaging confirmation of different aggregates in 3D considering DFA/DFS & stackup
