Specialist - Reporting Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Specialist Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our Data, Tech, and Innovation function, supporting Global Development analytics initiatives in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will develop and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making while collaborating with reporting, analytics, and business partners.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making while collaborating with reporting, analytics, and business partners
• Design, develop, and implement advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports to deliver metrics and analytics that drive business insights
• Build, test, maintain, and enhance reporting workbooks and dashboards supporting Global Development analytics initiatives
• Optimize reporting platforms and business intelligence tools for performance, scalability, and usability
• Monitor and refine dashboards and visualizations to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness in decision making
