Specialist - Total Rewards - Benefits Specialist (Health and Welfare) - Hyderabad

About the role

In this role, you will help manage program workflows, compliance activities, vendor escalations, systems testing, reporting, and special projects. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely benefits support and identify opportunities to strengthen processes.

What you'll do

• Coordinate benefit verification and plan document requests with the Office of General Counsel and internal stakeholders
• Assist with the implementation of new plans, program changes, acquisition reviews, and onboarding activities
• Support Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance activities, including preparation of reports and filings for federal and state agencies
• Coordinate benefits case escalations with vendors and employees and support the Contact Center and other internal teams
• Test systems and interfaces; perform reconciliations; prepare reports, analyses, and industry survey responses; and recommend process improvements
