About the role

This role owns an established reconciliation process and the month-end close that runs alongside it. Daily reconciliations, exception resolution, and month-end close all run to fixed deadlines that partner teams and clients rely on. The role exists to raise the accuracy and timeliness of reconciliation and to convert manual reconciliation effort into repeatable, AI-supported process that makes the work faster and more reliable.

• Bar Raiser This role exists to raise the bar for the team, not just maintain current state or restore capacity

• This person doesn’t just resolve exceptions; they diagnose why the exception occurred, whether it signals a broader pattern
• When they document a process, someone else can follow it without asking a follow-up question

What you need
