About the role

Restart, rerun, hold, or release jobs as per approved procedures. Check job dependencies, prerequisites, and execution status. Raise and update incidents for failed or delayed jobs. Escalate complex Control-M issues to L2/L3 with relevant logs and error details.

What you'll do

  • Monitor Control-M jobs and batch schedules in production
  • Identify failed, delayed, held, or long-running jobs
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting of job failures based on SOPs and runbooks
  • Monitor critical batch schedules and job completion
  • Check job dependencies, prerequisites, and execution status
