About the role

Drive HR Operations initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Monitor, analyze, and report on HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs; highlight trends, risks, and recommendations.
