About the role
The Senior Analyst supports the People Analytics and Insights team by performing foundational data analysis, maintaining workforce datasets, generating insights, and enabling HR and business stakeholders with high-quality reporting and dashboards to improve the effectiveness of workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Dashboarding, Reporting, and Data Visualization
- Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develops scorecards, dashboards, and reports that effectively depict workforce metrics in a concise and actionable manner
- Prepare datasets for forecasting headcount, hiring, turnover, and payroll
- Support development and maintenance of workforce planning templates and documentation
What you need
- 4–7 yrs of experience
