Sr Associate - Managed Services Prep & Pros - IN

About the role

Responsible for patent prosecution activities in major jurisdictions, including (but not limited to) US, India, EP and PCT. Understanding objections/rejections from PTOs and preparing appropriate responses. Reviewing work products of junior team members. Co-ordinating with partner law firms for patent prosecution activities.

What you'll do

• Working for a global in-house patent function
• Responsible for patent prosecution activities in major jurisdictions, including (but not limited to) US, India, EP and PCT
• Reviewing work products of junior team members
• Supporting the senior members of the team in their day-to-day activities
• Performing other related activities as required

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Excel
• ISO 27001
• Quality control
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech or LLB
