About the role

The Technical Specialist - Finance is responsible for the operational support, configuration, and enhancement of Finance systems and solutions. Reporting to the Service Owner, this role provides advanced technical support , manages Level 1 and 2 service requests and incidents, and delivers small changes and updates.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the operational support, configuration, and enhancement of Finance systems and solutions
• Reporting to the Service Owner, this role provides advanced technical support , manages Level 1 and 2 service requests and incidents
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for incidents and service requests, escalating where necessary
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with Service Desk and other support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution

What you need

• 3–5 years in it support & networking
• NetSuite
• Troubleshooting
• Unit testing
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• ITIL
