Sr. Consultant - Sales

About the role

6-12 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, Consulting Sales, SaaS Sales, HR Solutions, or Employee Experience solutions. Proven track record in B2B consultative selling and enterprise account management. Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Drive CXO-level engagements with leading organisations
• Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to solutioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure
• Build and manage a targeted account portfolio to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive stakeholder engagement and follow-up activities
• Create tailored proposals and solution recommendations aligned to client needs and business objectives
