Sr. Consultant : Sales Operations

About the role

The role acts as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to improve productivity and revenue performance. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

What you'll do

• Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administration & Management
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance within Salesforce CRM
• Manage accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, and sales pipeline data
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, and sales analytics
• Monitor opportunity progression and ensure compliance with sales processes
