As a Senior Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of our company, representing Alldigi Tech Limited to our global customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our international clientele.

What you'll do

• Be the voice of our company, representing Alldigi Tech Limited to our global customers
• Be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our international clientele
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing excellent customer service
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
