Sr. D&T Analyst – DnA, Commercial Analytics

About the role

This is a pivotal time to be part of General Mills’ Digital and Technology function that supports Insight and Analytics organization as we build a modern data and decision platform for North America markets on GCP, and connect it to broader data programs across globally. As Sr. D&T Analyst – DnA, Commercial Analytics , you will own analyst responsibility for Commercial Analytics team.

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand commercial priorities and define analytics solutions
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, cloud platforms, and BI tools to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Develop and maintain commercial metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical models that support decision-making
• Connect data from multiple sources and help establish consistent definitions, logic, and data quality standards
