Sr. Director Sales

About the role

The Sr. Director Sales – India is responsible for leading and growing CommScope’s company’s broadband business across India market. This role has full P&L ownership and oversees strategy, sales, operations, regulatory compliance, partnerships, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth, market penetration, and service excellence.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the country business strategy fully aligned with regional and global objectives
• Identify market opportunities in fixed broadband, wireless, enterprise connectivity, datacentre interconnect and digital services
• Drive market entry, expansion, and competitive positioning in the India telecom landscape
• P&L and Financial Management
• Own full country P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
