Sr Export Compliance Officer

• Review Export orders for BIS Military End Use (MEU) rule for any restriction or license applicability and work with the Corporate Export Control team for review and…
• Conduct MEU due diligence to meet the regulatory requirements
• Perform screening and conduct due diligence of customers and transactions to identify and control sanctions and export compliance risks
• Work with Cross Functional teams and support with reviewing Potential Customers/Suppliers for Projects, Shipments
• Escalate alerts that may raise sanctions risks and potential authorization and reporting requirements
