The Global Talent Sourcer delivers proactive sourcing, talent intelligence and pipeline solutions across the Global Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Product Services portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Talent Intelligence & Research: Conduct talent mapping, competitor research
  • Leadership & Executive Solutions: Support confidential leadership searches through executive research, market mapping, talent identification and longlist development
  • Identify, engage and nurture passive talent using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and approved sourcing technologies
  • Build and maintain accurate, engaged and reusable talent pools
  • Leverage existing talent pools, research and market maps before starting new searches
