End-to-end Blue-Collar Management (Payroll, Compliance, Admin) Process monthly wages for 700+ blue-collar staff (on-roll & contractual). Manage biometric/muster logs and handle complex Overtime (OT) calculations. Manage onboarding (appointment letters) to exits (Full & Final within 48 hours). Monthly challan generation, ECR filing, and member registration.
