Sr. HRIS Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HRIS Analyst to support the ongoing administration and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System, with primary responsibility for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Core HR and Workforce Management systems. This role is responsible for ensuring employee data accuracy, processing system updates, managing HRIS tickets, and providing timely support to employees and managers.

What you'll do

• Serve as system analyst for UKG (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Document Manager modules)
• Process employee lifecycle transactions include new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and organizational changes
• Maintain system security roles and user access permissions
• Ensure data accuracy through routine audits and reconciliation activities
• Support payroll processing by validating employee data prior to payroll deadlines
