Sr. HRIS Analyst - Workday

About the role

Under general direction, provides comprehensive analysis of employee records. Generates retrieval of statistical summary reports from information systems and provides recommendations based on the data. Researches and recommends new or modified systems, equipment, and software.

What you'll do

• Deliver comprehensive analysis, synthesize insights, and recommend remediation; enhance processes end‑to‑end with mapping, controls, and metrics; create dashboards
• Insight generation, synthesis, and recommendation crafting; process mapping, control design, and metric selection; dashboard building, narrative summaries

• User Interface (UI) navigation and troubleshooting

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• HRMS
• Workday
• HR operations
• Payroll
• Root cause analysis
• Variance analysis
• Any graduate
