Sr IT Technologist, Endpoint Management

About the role

The Senior IT Technologist, Endpoint Management is responsible for the administration, engineering, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint management platforms supporting Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.

What you'll do

• Lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Jamf Pro
• Manage endpoint provisioning, configuration, compliance, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management
• Support Windows Autopilot, co-management, Windows Update for Business, Windows Hello, and Conditional Access
• Manage mobile devices through Intune MDM and MAM capabilities
