Sr Manager - Account Management - TikTok

About the role

As part of our TikTok business, we work with advertisers and ecosystem partners to help businesses scale their advertising investments on TikTok through effective campaign execution, performance optimization, and strategic account management. We are looking for an experienced, performance-driven Account Manager with a strong understanding of digital advertising and hands-on familiarity with TikTok Ads.

What you'll do

• Account Management & Client Relationships
• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of advertisers, ensuring strong engagement, timely communication, and high client satisfaction
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations to improve campaign outcomes and grow advertising investments
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through increased budgets, new campaign objectives, additional products, and new market opportunities
• Manage client escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of issues
