Sr Manager/AGM - Retention(Education Sector/Institute)---Gurgaon at ADI Group. Call dropout students and meet them and their parents for counseling.

What you'll do

  • Call dropout students and meet them and their parents for counseling
  • Understand the concerns of the Student/Parent for dropout
  • Follow up regularly with Student/Parents to retain them
  • Discuss with Centre Operations Manager / HOD (Head of Department) and provide solution to retain the student
  • Have House calls fixed to meet parents
