Sr. Manager / AVP - Business Finance

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager / AVP Business Planning & Analysis. The individual will work closely with business leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast paced, high-growth environment. The role requires strong operational expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, process excellence, and the ability to generate actionable business insights through data.

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall business health
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and identify on-ground sales challenges
• Develop and implement strategies to address issues and improve sales effectiveness
• Lead and execute ad-hoc strategic initiatives aligned with organisational priorities
