Sr. Manager - Building, Utilities & Other Infra for Paint Shop (Civil)

About the role

Lead planning, execution, commissioning and operational readiness of civil infrastructure for Paint Shop during the Greenfield project phase and ensure reliable operation, maintenance, compliance and future expansion support of civil assets throughout the facility lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, execution and commissioning of civil infrastructure works for Paint Shop during the Greenfield project phase, ensuring alignment with project timelines
• Drive execution of paint shop buildings, chemical storage facilities, ETP/STP interface structures, utility trenches, ventilation support structures
• Review civil layouts, construction drawings, technical specifications and engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Process Engineering, Civil
• Manage consultants, contractors and vendors to achieve project objectives related to safety, quality

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Construction
• SOP writing
• Preventive maintenance
• B.Tech or B.E.
